- Attack Point
In orienteering, an obvious feature near the control point from which the control can be located by navigating carefully with map and compass.
If you don't understand what "attack point" and "control point" mean, then you aren't big on the orienteering scene. You can be forgiven. Don't attack us. Pick a big building or a big tree or a bald hill - something obvious. That's your real attack point, and it will give us time to get out of range.
